Samsung offers a 15-day return window for most mobile devices and a 30-day window for home appliances and televisions to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Log in to your Samsung account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email or through the online order portal.

  Package Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box, include all accessories like chargers or cables, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at an authorized FedEx location and monitor your return status via the tracking link provided until the refund is processed.
